2) Living Yolates
Living Yolates is a journey, much life lifes journey. There is a melody that is supported through music and the energy in the class builds to experience what it feels like to be very expanded, wild and free and then returning to a stillpoint. Combining yoga, dance and pilates, this training method is a holistic experience to bring you more awareness of your entire being, to let go of the things that no longer serve you, and open up to more joy.
